Experience seamless access to the water with our wet slips! At Hope Springs Marina, we have 200 wet slips that can accommodate vessels up to 50 feet. Whether you are a seasoned sailor or weekend enthusiast, our wet slips offer the highest level of accessibility for our boaters. Wet slips are rented on an annual basis. The contract period is from April 1 through March 31. New contracts written after April 1st are pro-rated to the date of the boat’s arrival at the marina. Quarterly payment terms are only available with an annual contract. Due dates for each quarter are April 1, July 1, October 1, and January 1.

The annual rental rate is determined by multiplying the overall length of the boat by $98 per year (example: a 32′ boat x $98.00 = $3,136.00 per year). The minimum fee for wet slip rental is $2,352.00 regardless of boat size.

The length is determined by measuring the overall length of the boat from the swim platform to the bow pulpit.

Please note that wet slip rentals do not include haul-out or winter storage on land or in the boathouse, but both are available for a discounted fee. Unsecured trailer storage is available for $500 a year or $50 per month. 30 amp metered electricity is available with a $25 annual access fee and usage is billed monthly with a $15 per month minimum charge (billed only during the month or partial month boat is in slip).
